Delegme is a platform that connects individuals and businesses with service providers, consultants, freelancers, and professionals for various services and solutions.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use Delegme.
• By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• Delegme reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.

• A one-time registration and consultation fee of ₹99 may be charged for accessing certain services on the platform.
• The ₹99 fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• After deduction of applicable GST, the eligible amount may be retained as Delegme Service Credit and adjusted against future services.

• Service charges, pricing, and timelines may vary depending on the nature of the service.
• Users agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with the services requested.
• Delegme reserves the right to revise pricing at any time.

All refunds and cancellations are governed by Delegme's Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
• Abuse, harass, threaten, or harm other users or service providers.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software on Delegme are the exclusive property of Delegme or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

Delegme may engage third-party service providers, consultants, or partners to deliver certain services. Delegme does not guarantee the performance or outcomes of any third-party service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delegme shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• Loss of profits, business opportunities, or data;
• Any dissatisfaction arising from third-party services or outcomes beyond Delegme's reasonable control.

Delegme's total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Delegme reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms;
• Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct;
• Causes harm to the platform, its users, or its service providers.

Delegme may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

By registering, accessing, or using Delegme's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
